Early Check-in Policy

  • Arrivals before 08:00 hrs will be charged one full night’s room rate.
  • Arrivals between 08:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the applicable room rate, subject to room availability.

Late Check-out Policy

  • Late check-out between 12:00 hrs and 18:00 hrs will be charged 50% of the room rate.
  • Late check-out after 18:00 hrs will be charged one full night’s room rate.

Identification Requirements

In accordance with government regulations, all guests are required to present a valid government-issued identification document upon check-in. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check in independently. Guests below 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.

Child Policy

  • Children below 5 years: Complimentary stay and breakfast.
  • Children between 5–11 years: 50% discount on meals when sharing existing bedding.
  • Children aged 12 years and above: Charged as adults.

Extra beds are available upon request and subject to additional charges.


Pet Policy

To ensure the comfort, hygiene, and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted within the hotel premises.


Payment Policy

Payment for accommodation and related services is required at check-in unless otherwise arranged.

Please Note:

  • Personal cheques are not accepted.
  • Indian Currency notes of INR 100 denomination are accepted as per prevailing regulations.

Visitor Policy

For the safety, privacy, and comfort of all guests, visitors who are not registered with the hotel are not permitted inside guest rooms.

Meetings and social interactions with visitors may take place in designated public areas, lounges, or restaurants.

Any additional guest staying in a room must be properly registered with valid identification and may be subject to additional occupancy charges.


Smoking Policy

Maya Manor Boutique Hotel is primarily a non-smoking property.

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas identified by the hotel.

Smoking inside non-smoking guest rooms or restricted indoor areas will result in a cleaning and restoration charge of USD 50 or its equivalent in local currency.


Security

The hotel premises are monitored 24 hours a day through trained security personnel and CCTV surveillance systems in public areas.

For security and operational purposes, the hotel reserves the right to review CCTV recordings. Footage remains confidential and is not accessible to guests or unauthorized individuals.


Guest Conduct

Maya Manor Boutique Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any individual whose behavior is considered disruptive, abusive, threatening, or inappropriate toward guests, employees, or visitors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Possession, use, sale, or distribution of illegal drugs or narcotics
  • Possession of firearms, explosives, or dangerous weapons
  • Gambling or unlawful activities within hotel premises
  • Any activity that compromises the safety, security, or comfort of others

Guests violating these policies may be required to leave the premises without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.


Photography & Videography

Professional photography, videography, commercial filming, and drone operations are not permitted within the hotel premises without prior written authorization from hotel management.


Parking

Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests, subject to availability.

The hotel shall not be held liable for loss, theft, damage, or incidents involving vehicles or personal belongings left inside vehicles while parked on hotel premises.


Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Policy

EV charging facilities are available for guests where applicable.

Guests wishing to utilize EV charging services are requested to contact the Front Office for operational procedures and applicable charges.


Fire Safety Policy

The hotel is equipped with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, emergency alarms, and firefighting equipment throughout the property.

Emergency exits are clearly marked and located on each floor.

In the event of an emergency:

  • Follow instructions provided by hotel staff.
  • Proceed to the nearest emergency exit.
  • Do not use elevators/lifts.
  • Refer to the evacuation map located behind your guest room door.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.

Special promotional, non-refundable, or advance purchase reservations may carry separate cancellation conditions.

Late cancellations and no-shows may incur charges up to the full value of the reservation.


Lost & Found Policy

Items found within the hotel premises are recorded and securely stored.

The hotel will make reasonable efforts to contact the owner using the information available in the reservation records.

Unclaimed items will be retained for a period of six (6) months, after which they may be disposed of in accordance with hotel policy.

Perishable items will be discarded within 24 hours for hygiene and safety reasons.
